Meditation

I watched as my connection to the materials around me melted. I tried to see the symmetry, but there was so much of it I began to see that everything had already blended into one. I began to wonder if the separation was just a view of the entirety from a different angle.

I moved my feet so that they were planted in the sand then I closed my eyes again. The energy felt a lot stronger within the stillness. The feeling’s ability to light the way of a new path also became a lot stronger. The clarity was somehow always there and always beautiful.

Meditation

I watched as the concept of speed melted all around me. It seemed the structure was a ghost of the moment, and the point at which it connects with the future. I began to wonder if the separation was just of view of the entirety from a different angle.

The mist floated around the grass, bringing in a damp breeze along with it. The feeling always created a coat of flames that hugged me as I explored. The feeling’s ability to light the way of a new path became a thousand times stronger. The mist parted with each step I took. The beauty became clearer with one each step I took.

Meditation Log – #1

Legs crossed, focusing on breathing. Learning to let go of the grip I always try to have on my perception and let things simply be as they are. I think this is what practice is.

Okay … again …. focusing on breathing, not drifting but searching for clarity. I believe this is what practice is.

Okay … again …. it seemed even the nothingness that I was experiencing was somehow intricate.

Just as anything else, it takes time to build a skill or an ability, so I would say just try to meditate on your own terms. There are many different methods but of course, start with what works for you first. Just as every other part of your life can be poetry, your meditation can also be a form of poetry. Clarity can come from multiple things. It seems all of those things are connected in different ways.

I tried to see the symmetry, but there was so much of it I began to see that everything had already blended into one. I began to wonder if the separation was just of view of the entirety from a different angle. Okay … again …. it seemed even the nothingness that I was experiencing was somehow intricate.
