Meditation

I watched as my connection to the materials around me melted. I tried to see the symmetry, but there was so much of it I began to see that everything had already blended into one. I began to wonder if the separation was just a view of the entirety from a different angle.

I moved my feet so that they were planted in the sand then I closed my eyes again. The energy felt a lot stronger within the stillness. The feeling’s ability to light the way of a new path also became a lot stronger. The clarity was somehow always there and always beautiful.

Meditation

I watched as the concept of speed melted all around me. It seemed the structure was a ghost of the moment, and the point at which it connects with the future. I began to wonder if the separation was just of view of the entirety from a different angle.

The mist floated around the grass, bringing in a damp breeze along with it. The feeling always created a coat of flames that hugged me as I explored. The feeling’s ability to light the way of a new path became a thousand times stronger. The mist parted with each step I took. The beauty became clearer with one each step I took.

Meditation Log – #1

Legs crossed, focusing on breathing. Learning to let go of the grip I always try to have on my perception and let things simply be as they are. I think this is what practice is.

Okay … again …. focusing on breathing, not drifting but searching for clarity. I believe this is what practice is.

Okay … again …. it seemed even the nothingness that I was experiencing was somehow intricate.

Just as anything else, it takes time to build a skill or an ability, so I would say just try to meditate on your own terms. There are many different methods but of course, start with what works for you first. Just as every other part of your life can be poetry, your meditation can also be a form of poetry. Clarity can come from multiple things. It seems all of those things are connected in different ways.

I tried to see the symmetry, but there was so much of it I began to see that everything had already blended into one. I began to wonder if the separation was just of view of the entirety from a different angle. Okay … again …. it seemed even the nothingness that I was experiencing was somehow intricate.

The ripples doubled amongst themselves as I walked through the puddles. For some reason I had always liked the rain. The sound of it, and how it was apart of nature’s cycle had always been something that was amazing to me. The clarity from earlier remained, I could hear everything, and when I focused it seemed as if some raindrops were falling in slow motion. The levels of the reflections within each raindrop was breathtaking.
As time progressed the connections I had with everything around me grew. I felt like that was one of the reasons the levels of clarity continued to multiply.

One half of infinity and one half of the moment. Even with the newly attained levels of clarity there were still some things that I wanted to learn more about. The ocean currents in the sky had always been there for as long as I could remember, but there were also some old scrolls referring to a time when it wasn’t there. Then there were the reflections, sometimes I felt as if I was the only one who could see them, but the glow within the eyes of some of the other people I’ve met seem to hint at the idea that I might not be the only one. If only I wasn’t so afraid to ask. The mirror molecules seemed to make up most of the material surrounding us but it wasn’t always noticeable. I couldn’t help but wonder if that also was a relatively new occurrence too.

Amongst the raindrops there was a distant hum in the background actually, there were several hums in the background, as I listened they began to split. The ocean currents were as beautiful as the reflections within the raindrops. Some of the hums reflected and bounced off of the silver lining within the ocean currents somehow making them even clearer. One sounded like the hum of an engine off in the distance, almost like a plane engine but it was much too far off for me to see it. As the raindrops fell I continued to walk eventually unsheathing my umbrella as if it were a sword. The path of discovery was always impossibly far and impossibly close.

Meditation

Different Types of Mediation

1) Mindfulness Meditation – Meditation that lets the mind work naturally while taking an objective mental position on the natural workings of the mind. Truly observe the workings of your mind without judgment and become a spectator of your thoughts and the universe.

2) Movement Meditation – Any activity that helps the mind reach a meditative state like Tai chi, yoga, or anything else that naturally helps you achieve a blend of super focus and calmness through action.

3) Focused Meditation – A more centered form of meditation where the mind’s focus is placed on something specific like the feel of the wind’s temperature, nothingness itself, or your own breathing.

4) Visual meditation – Enhances the ability of the mind’s eye and one’s imagination. The practice of meditating while focusing on images of relaxing settings, different calming scenes in nature, or any other type of image or setting that you consider to be relaxing.

There are many different forms of meditation these are just a few of my favorites. Feel free to research all of the different forms of meditation and pick the ones that work best for you.

One half of infinity and one half of the moment, my peripheral vision combined with my tunnel vision, making things clear enough for me to step through the layer of vision that was currently in front of me. Stepping through a reflection and standing directly in front of another one. The electricity pours were happening on multiple levels within multiple atmospheres. An atmosphere filled with energy and a sphere of magnetics and energy on multiple levels. Outward from the particles to the planet and then outward even further. One half of infinity and one half of the moment.

A shift in my vision, the gravity was magnetic amongst other things. The glows in the distance were getting brighter and brighter. The sway of the wind and the forward-moving moment, beautiful but often too fleeting. Trying to surf the arrow of time. The ocean currents were different in this part of the sky, but they were still beautiful. One half of infinity and one half of the moment. One and the same, the drop of water and the ocean. Concentrated energy is matter, the normal is the abstract, and what we consider to be abstract is just from an era long before ours. Less dense than water, less dense than air, then less dense than light.

Through the levels we go, at blinding speeds. A density only achieved by neutron stars and the emotion of humanity as a whole. Longing for something just beyond the veil, but something that is also reflected through the different levels of mirrors that lead us back to this very moment. The heaviness of trying to understand my feelings and being drawn to something. The heaviness of the moment was a little beyond me but in some ways I was okay with that. The silver lining took many different forms. Sometimes it resembled lighting other times it curved into an infinity symbol. Heat waves radiated off of it, distorting what I saw at times, adding illusionary waves to the air in front of my mind’s eye. As the temperature rose, the silver lining began to fall until it hit the ocean currents in the sky. Upon contact with the water it became crooked and took on the nature of a lightning bolt again as it sped off. I sat there for a moment, then I grabbed my bag and stood up, it was time to go back. I knew we were all supposed to meet up soon and I didn’t want to miss it.

Meditation
I watched as the scenery changed, linear but still expansive. The reflections shuffled infinitely and the images jumped from mirror to mirror. Chasing a feeling and running directly into a reflection. The bright spot within the reflection caught my eye. Hoping to be there for every part. Connections through the mirror shuffle. Connections through the energy shuffle. Making a note not to overlook and take things for granted. I looked at the moment and then at my emotions and noticed the symmetry.

I could feel the magnetics shifting again, from the orbit to the pull of the water at the edge of the oceans. A tilt in the nearby flame reflecting the magnetics, the wind swayed and carried us in a new direction. The patterns change and the clarity multiplies. I looked at the symmetry and then at the stillness and noticed the reflections. One half of infinity and one half of the moment. You’re never lost, just follow the natural magnetics and the wind.

The glue of the universe, dimensional pressure upon each level. Sitting still only long enough to see how fast light moves. A tilt in the compass, a simpler time, a wish holding the magnetics of the heart. The wind pulls us in the same direction as the magnetics of the heart. Gracefully falling multiple levels upward, the ocean currents were beautiful in this part of the sky.

Letting each of my steps mimic the tilts in the compass. My senses are overwhelmed by the experience, so I don’t use them to guide me, only the magnetics make sense among all of the fluctuations. A tilt in the compass, a simpler time, a wish holding the magnetics of the heart.

Lanterns, each star within the universe.

The path of discovery expands just as the universe does, magnetic amongst other things. The dimensions add levels, and every molecule becomes a center and its own planet.

Lanterns, each star within the universe, magnetic amongst other things.

Gravity allows the pieces to fall together, a tilt in the compass. Pieces of the infinite reflection arranging and rearranging while fluctuating many different images throughout the process. Watching the levels of gravity move the different pieces. Each step on the path of discovery gave a different view and a different angle for us to see all of it from.

The flame leans forward, and we begin to create a route for that direction. Following my heart as the castle deconstructs and reconstructs itself. I was trying to keep up with the concept of moving forward while watching everything being built by the mirror particles and everything that they reflect.

Meditation

I watched as the stillness of space let the mirror particles hover. They reflected the quantum reactions and the positions of the path lanterns so casually. Fireworks within every level of the chemical reactions. I looked at the speed of light and the stillness and noticed the symmetry.

The perpetual motion of stillness. The millions of fireworks on the quantum level of the chemical reactions inside the lanterns. Lanterns, each of the mirror particles within the universe. The winds were different on each planet’s atmosphere. The ocean currents were beautiful in this part of the sky. Light speed through the path of discovery.

The pour of electricity highlights the connections. The synchronization somehow bounces off of and connects each part. The ghostly foundation sits comfortably on the spectrum. The orbit sometimes stops but only to eventually move faster, a house of mirrors and a hallway of reflections. The heart forever arcs overhead.

Falling into the potential of the synchronization. We reflect, and our cups catch pieces of the lighting pour. A glance out of the window, the long ride home, the innate magic of the echoes that come back from the other side. As the speed of the spin increases, so does the evolution of the leaps of faith that we take.

But mustn’t we keep up with the winds of the shuffle? Content with where I am, but I often find myself staring off into the distance, feeling some sort of connection. The heart arcs in the distance. Not only for the path but also because there seems to be some sort of connection between everywhere I am and the distance. Further away from the distance and back into the moment. A mirror but a mirror and a reflection that leads somewhere else. The heart arcs overhead, but we all looked up too late, but when I saw all of us look in that direction, I felt a tilt in the compass.

Permeating but still with a natural silhouette, a laugh and a jolt of awareness, it may be one of the many results of the electricity pour. I was often caught up in the simplest of intrigues. Different points of synchronization gain enough density to fluctuate a mirror into existence. The eyelashes from the horizon’s eye seemed to help the planet spin faster with each blink. I often struggled to step outside of what is in front of my eyes until I see the splashes in the spectrum. I began to see more of the reflection’s awareness. Double reflecting at speeds that we begin to admire all the while, we were trying to figure out how it was possible. The winds and the chill would visit in double time as the pieces snowballed. Unconcerned but forever curious, the wonder carries us to the path of discovery.

Meditation

I watched as the floor expanded, forwarding the concept of space. The continuums structure advanced casually. A few mirror particles accompanied its speed. I looked at the continuum and the reflections and noticed the symmetry.

A normal walking speed to keep up with the continuum. Relativity and luck. The longer I walked the more things around me began to melt. After a moment the walking speed amongst the expanding floor and universe began to resemble the stillness.

Helium River

The steps feel like leaps.

Existence then awareness.

From my heart to around my shoulders.

I often had trouble understanding what I saw when I looked directly at the flame, nor was I sure about how it really worked, I considered the origin of the type of fire that I was familiar with, this seemed to be a little different though. It had been there long before I had the coat. Sometimes it would react to different moments or changes in my surroundings. Sometimes it felt like things slowed down whenever the flame would begin to spiral.

The split second faded into its connection with forever, that same glow coming from all around us.

We converse, adding to each other’s holograms and bouncing thoughts off all the reflections surrounding us.

The reflections had more of a shine when we spoke to each other.

The sky ahead of us was calm, and the smell of water evaporating off of metal began to fill the air. The steam created its own metallic clouds.

Sailing further with the wind of the shuffle. From my heart to around my shoulders.

The steps feel like leaps.

Existence then awareness.

Synchronization then reflections.

We set out hoping luck will come hang with us, the steps feel like leaps.

The magnetics and reflections push and pull with the winds. The wind from the shuffle kept the swing suspended in midair. As each push and pull takes the swing higher, the view becomes wider, showing more and more of the reflections within the shuffle at the top of each swing. At the highest point in the air the swing would stop for a split second just before it came back down. In that second— no gravity and no time— just that moment of being weightless.

The potential that sits with each moment eventually becomes forever just as the future will eventually become the now.

The split second faded into its connection with forever, that same glow coming from all around us.
